Springfield Contemporary Theatre announced its 2017-2018 season on Tuesday. Fourteen shows spanning late May 2017-mid-May 2018. This will undoubtedly be our most ambitious season to date.
From female empowerment tunes of the 1960's to a political farce of police corruption, from a war vet's return home to family in outrageous crisis to a sweet transvestite to a jaded Macy's elf, from a patriot hit American musical to a city in water crisis. These are but a few of the engaging stories we have to tell this season. And you won't want to miss a single one.
SCT's production of Other Desert Cities opens March 17, 2017.
