On July 24, the group's featured speaker will be Dr. William J. Burling, professor of English at MSU and July 31 CWW will host Katie Pollock, editor of 417 Magazine. The third Thursday of each month (July 17)is always devoted to writing impromptu "excercises" and the first Thursday of each month, writers may bring up to three double-spaced typed pages to read aloud for "gentle feedback".

The Creamery Writers' Workshop meets every Thursday night in the Creamery and is free and open to all writers regardless of genre or age.
