Hoover Music Acadmey Grand Opening

Hoover Music Company is proud to announce the grand opening of Hoover Music Academy. The event will be held on September 5th, 2008, from 6:00-10:00p.m. and will feature Little Hoover's Big Band.
Hoover Music Academy was established to make music education readily available to everyone. The academy will offer classes on music theory and appreciation, group lessons, ensembles, clinics and master classes, and will feature recitals and performances on a regular basis. All classes will be taught by Hoover Music Company Instructors, and professionals from around the area.
The grand opening festivities will feature Little Hoover's Big Band, a reading band for musicians of all skill levels and showcase musicians from around the area including:
Tina Claussen, Drury University, Andrew Markus Bishko, Hoover Music Company, Becky Wells, Cherokee Middle School, Cathy Coonis, Seymour Schools, James Goldapp, College of the Ozarks, Bryant Robinson Hermon Mehari, UMKC and last year's winner of jazz division of the 2008 National Trumpet Competition, Ned "The Band" Wilkinson, Hoover Music Company, Andy Wang, Hoover Music Company, Bob Holden, Springfield Public Schools, Tom Rastorfer, Hoover Music Company Bob Swanson, Classic Brass Ensemble, Kelly O'Bryant, Hoover Music Company, Donnie Kraft, Hoover Music Company, Emerson Spiller, Randy Buckner, Hoover Music Company
Hoover Music Academy is located at the Southeast corner of Elm and Jefferson across from Hoover Music Company. Admission is free and the whole family is invited to attend.
