The AIDS Project of the Ozarks is hosting its first annual APO Open, a mini-golf tournament and pub crawl. On September 30 from 4:30-8:30, teams of four will journey through a course of several mini-golf holes within many of our beloved downtown SGF bars. Registration is now open and is only $20/person or $80/team.
I wanted to share this with you because I volunteer with APO, and Wade Shelton, APO’s director of development (and an SLT board member) mentioned that they were low on registrants. I don’t know if there is a way you would be able to promote this to anyone within the SRAC circle, and I certainly don’t mean to make more work for you. Just thought it might be a good opportunity for SRAC to partner with another community organization with several arts ties.
