Nixa, MO—Wonder Atelier’s Echoes of the Ozarks is currently being featured in Lucid TLC Arts’ gallery at 214 N. Massey Blvd. in Nixa. The opening reception will be Friday, September 8, from 6-8 p.m., with live music provided by Joe Dillstrum. The exhibit runs through September 30. This event is free and open to the public.
Wonder Atelier is the brainchild of two artists, Lura Faye Cotton and Dana Neuenschwander. Both grew up in the Ozarks, loving the wonderous forests surrounding them. Their love for capturing the beauty of the Ozarks brought them together to collaborate in telling the story of the woods in their art. Neuenschwander paints, while Cotton infuses sculptural elements into the paintings. Together they create awe-inspiring glimpses of the Ozarks nature they love.
Hours beyond the opening reception at Lucid TLC Arts are fluid, so to view this exhibit call or text (417) 755-3724 to make an appointment or follow Lucid on Facebook to watch for other events or classes when the business is open.
