The Springfield Regional Arts Council is hosting an artists' challenge and exhibit at The Creamery Arts Center inspired by the novel "Circe" by Madeline Miller. "Circe" is The Springfield-Greene County Library District's One Read celebration. Local artists working in all media are challenged to transform classic tales and muses into something new and modern.
Celebrate nine artists and their amazing work at the annual Caught My Eye: Best of the Members' Show. Sponsored by Positronic Industries, the exhibition opens with a reception on Friday, November 2nd, from 5pm to 8pm. Live music with Meg Burns and light refreshments will be available.
Amy Kalimat and Meike Aton have been busy painting all new series for you to enjoy. So have a glass of wine on us, listen to John Waldo's soothing sounds and feast your eyes.
