Art + Health: Artist talk with Bambi Lint

Bambi Lint was diagnosed with MS in 2001, and had to quit her full time sales job in 2008. "A turning point in my life was occurring and I was determined to make the most of it, but not at the expense of my health."
Lint started finding ways to use art to calm her anxiety and nerves, and found new ways to create abstract art with MS. Bambi states: "Abstract Art and Multiple Sclerosis have a lot in common. Sometimes they are both hard to describe in words, but the feeling they give off can be very distinct."
Come hear her story which she hopes will inspire others who might feel they've lost touch with their art or sense of self. SRAC will also provide hands on art supplies which can be used by individuals with limited mobility.
