Springfield Art Museum presents Movement Workshop

Movement Workshop with Rachael Dunville in Springfield, MO

Join Rachael Dunville for "Move + Savor with Aerosha," a movement workshop that aims to help participants connect with their body. The workshop will take place in a darkened room to allow a sense of privacy as Rachael guides the room in verbal movement cues and more.

Connect with your body and savor the Self in this gently interactive event conducted by Creative-Movement Guide and Intimacy-Alignment Expert, Rachael Dunville. Ease into sensory expression, find magic in the mundane, and receive ample takeaways for practical, daily embodiment practices.

With one goal in mind––to feel good––this gentle and playful workshop is designed for the mature person who wants to practice presence, self-soothing, and creative renewal in practical life––a true gift of liberation to the Self.

This event is open to everyone (ages 15+) and all levels of experience, including beginners. This workshop is FREE and open to the public but is limited in size to 22 participants, so early pre-registration is a must: http://sgfmuseum.org/Activities/Activity/Detail/Move-Savor-with-Aerosha-a-sensory-experi-102.

The only prerequisite is that you are open to trying something new while tending to a safe environment for yourself and your fellow participants. Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can easily move and lounge. Cozy layers are highly recommended. This experience requires all devices to be left out of sight and switched to airplane mode. More of ‘what to expect’ can be found on www.aerosha.com/events.
