The Springfield Regional Arts Council's (SRAC) 10th annual fundraising exhibition and silent auction features original, local artwork. All proceeds from the Hearts for the Arts auction benefit the SRAC's arts education programs.
The Springfield Regional Arts Council staff, board members, and volunteers will be wrapping presents at Barnes & Noble on Saturday, December 15th, from 9am to 9pm. Wrapping is donation based, with all proceeds going to the SRAC! Swing by to give the gift of books AND art education!
The Musgrave Foundation has been a generous supporter of the arts and other projects which enhance the betterment of the community. Founder Dr. Jeanette L. Musgrave believed that arts inspire creativity which is vital to an engaged and thriving community. By supporting services for young children to seniors, the Springfield area is a better place to live with strong arts programs.
This December, The Springfield Regional Arts Council is honored to receive grant money to go toward arts education.

Family Justice Center Call for Donations
If you are interested in donating artwork for the walls of the new facility at in the Judicial Building (1010 N. Boonville): Julie Watson, Victim Witness Coordinator, would like to design several “living room” like settings for the clients who will use the facility. Your artwork would greatly help victims feel comfortable and “at home” as they navigate the system of services.
* Art work needs to be clean and in good condition. Any size is acceptable.
* Art should be properly wired and ready to hang.
