I am a mother, wife, friend, teacher, sister, artist who lives life and makes art in the Missouri Ozarks.
We expect children to learn and grow everyday. I think it is important for us, as adults, to also put ourselves in that same role of learner and student. It has been interesting to witness my discomfort, and also pride, as I grow with each completed piece. As I embrace new challenges, I think I become a better teacher, mother, and liver of life. I love how the completion of one difficult project leads me to accept even more challenges. I love growth over time and the pouring out of expression and beauty through art.
